Coffee is the source of happiness for many. Years have passed and it still is. That ecstatic moment once you sip in your cup gives you the strength to accomplish all that you need to do for the day.

Multiple studies show that most consumers took 3–4 cups daily, and an average of 5–8 cups is considered to be a part of a healthy diet. Also, take note that our caffeine intake has a limit. Excessive coffee in a day can trigger anxiety, palpitations and panic attacks.

While some prefer to buy drinks from their local coffee store, others like to make them by themselves. A Barista has their special procedures when making a coffee basically because the machine they are using requires so, but you at home can fill your own cup on your own way.

Pour Over

By using a coffee-brewing filter, anyone can make a coffee with this one.

The method is exactly how it sounds like. This works by putting a paper-like filter on top of a holder and carefully putting grind coffee about 30 grams, the average. This paper traps the unnecessary coffee grounds and removes the oily components. You may then continuously pour water on the coffee until it is soaked. It will then be filtered out and once you fill in your cup with your prefered amount, your coffee is done.

Pour over gives off that wonderful flavor and aroma of the coffee. It is a simple method but gives you ease in creating a best tasting coffee.

It is one of the oldest coffee making tool. Unlike from the two above, this pot allows steam to pass through the coffee to generate a creamy texture of coffee rather than letting the coffee grounds soak in a hot water. This coffee maker use pressurized steam by either a stove top or through electric type.

This creates a thick, rich, and strong coffee just how it’s users like it. It has aluminum body which sustains the heat, it is easy to clean, portable and even less costly.
